One hundred and one white peonies of the Odile variety (or similar), hand-assembled into a our biggest peony bouquet.
The peonies we use this time of year are grown outdoors in the Var, in the heart of Provence — a region known for its Mediterranean climate, mineral-rich soils, and a long tradition of peony cultivation. Odile is a herbaceous peony with dense, rounded double blooms in pure ivory white. Its petals have a soft, almost silky texture and carry a light, clean fragrance — refined without being overpowering.
Each stem is selected at the ideal stage of maturity so the flowers continue to open and reveal their full shape after arrival — one of the joys of receiving fresh peonies.
