Refund policy

Order Cancellations by Customer

  • At least 24 hours before delivery date → 95% refund of total value (5% kept for processing fees).
  • On delivery date:
    • If the bouquet has not been made → 50% refund.
    • If the bouquet is made but not delivered → only delivery fee is refunded.
    • If the bouquet is made and delivery attempted → no refund.

Order Cancellations by Lamou Paris

If we must cancel an order for any reason, we will refund 100% of the order value including delivery.

Delivery Issues

If we have failed to deliver on time to the specified address, we will make an additional delivery to any address within that delivery zone at no extra cost.

In case of delays caused by force majeure events (such as strikes, severe weather, accidents, or other events beyond our control), deliveries may be rescheduled. 

Substitution Policy

Flowers are seasonal and availability may vary. If a specific flower is unavailable, Lamou Paris may substitute it with one of equal or higher value, while keeping the overall style and spirit of the bouquet.

Refunds are not accepted on the grounds of substitutions.

Photos are representative, and we trust our florists to make the best creative choice.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of cut flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any floral purchases.

Non-Floral Items

For accessories (such as vases or gifts), our standard return policy applies:

Items must be in original condition and packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt

Quality Complaints

We take great care in preparing each bouquet and want you to be delighted with your flowers.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there are any issues with quality or if an incorrect order was received, contact us within 2 hours and include photos of the bouquet.

Concerns regarding the freshness of flowers must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

We will resolve issues with the affected flowers, though the bouquet itself will not be replaced in full.

Complaints cannot be accepted if flowers have been mishandled after delivery (for example, left without water, exposed to heat, or physically damaged).

European Union Right of Withdrawal Exception

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, perishable goods such as cut flowers are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal period. Due to the nature of our products, all flower sales are final.

Refund Method

All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
