Fifty peonies of the Etched Salmon variety (or similar), hand-assembled into an extraordinary, statement-making bouquet.
The peonies we currently use come from the south of France, grown outdoors in the Var. Etched Salmon is a highly prized herbaceous peony with large double blooms in a warm salmon-pink tone, edged with softer, lighter petals. As the flowers open, the colour deepens and shifts subtly — giving the bouquet a rich, almost painterly quality.
Each stem is selected at the ideal stage of maturity so the flowers continue to open and reveal their full shape after arrival — one of the joys of receiving fresh peonies.
