Delivery

Delivery Zones

We deliver in Paris and most suburbs of Île-de-France. Some suburbs may not be covered. If you cannot place your order online, contact us on WhatsApp for manual confirmation. For suburbs, minimum order requirements apply and vary depending on the area.

 

Couriers

All orders are delivered either by our own couriers or trusted premium delivery partners.

 

Delivery Fees

The delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout after entering the address.

If you don’t know the exact address of the recipient, you may provide an estimated address and leave a note in delivery instructions asking us to contact the recipient for their exact address.

  • If the actual delivery fee is higher than the one paid at checkout, our manager will send you a secure link for the difference. Delivery will only proceed after the additional payment.
  • If the recipient’s actual address is outside our delivery zone or does not meet the minimum order requirement, your order may be canceled and refunded according to our refund policy.

 

Delivery Hours

  • Standard hours: 10:00 – 20:00
  • Earlier or later deliveries may be possible on request via WhatsApp (additional fees may apply)
  • Deliveries are done in 1-hour timeframes (e.g., 10:00–11:00) due to Paris traffic. We always try to deliver as early as possible within the chosen window.

Choosing a Time

At checkout, you can select a delivery date and see all available time windows.

Contacting the Recipient

Unless the delivery address is a hotel, we will contact the recipient a few hours before delivery to ensure availability.
If you prefer not to contact the recipient in advance, please specify this in delivery instructions.
If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, a re-delivery can be arranged for an additional fee, depending on the new time and location.
If the recipient requests rescheduling:

  • Same-day reschedules may happen without notice
  • Reschedules to another day will be communicated to the customer

Customer Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 2 hours before the chosen delivery window via WhatsApp or our contact form.

Notifications

If you provide your email at checkout, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation email once the bouquet has been delivered.
